Our team is a mix of landscape architects, master pavers, and lifers who've grown up with the company — and if we're on your project, at least one of the leaders below is always available to you. In the office
Owner
Dale brings a business background in real estate and property development to a locally owned Winnipeg company. He's available for on-site consultations and any business inquiries. A big hockey guy, he lives in East St. Paul with his wife and four children.
Head Foreman & Manager
Jason started here as a young landscaper, went off to sell real estate and Caterpillar tractors, then built golf courses in British Columbia before coming home. He rejoined 3 Seasons and has now been at it for more than twenty years. He loves to fish and hunt, and has three amazing kids.
Design, Sales & Operations
Paul joined after finishing his Bachelor of Environmental Design at the University of Manitoba. What started as a summer job turned into a career — he's now eighteen seasons in, working across design, consultations, sales, and construction supervision. A sports fan and traveller, he lives in River Heights with his wife and young daughter.

Kari is the office academic — a Masters degree in Landscape Architecture and a broad knowledge of everything in landscape design. She's been with us for more than ten years. When she's not planning your garden beds or patio, she's with her partner Wes and their two kids.
Design & Sales
A recent graduate of the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Architecture and a passionate landscaper. Lucas is increasingly involved in consultation and planning, but still gets his hands dirty with pruning and construction work. A world traveller, and generally an interesting guy to talk to.

Project Leader · 16 years
A longtime member of the team and a master paver. A great crew leader — and our fantasy football commissioner. Troy and his wife Jess have three daughters.

A wealth of landscaping experience across Manitoba and Ontario. He's newer to the team, but you wouldn't know it. In winter you'll find him on a frozen lake with a fishing rod.

Crew Leader
Jack — or JR — is a home-grown gem. He started in an entry-level position straight out of high school and has been perfecting his craft ever since. "Wah gwaan," as he'd say.
One of our first landscaping trucks. The equipment has come a long way since — the approach hasn't. Show up, do careful work, and leave every yard better than we found it.
